As mentioned before we offer a variety of services from bodywork to events that can be custom fit for both
individuals and groups. We have detailed some of our basic services below. Temple Synergy is also available
to rent for your own workshop/event and is always looking for more healers who would like to join our
collaborative.
One thing Temple Synergy looks to accomplish is to provide that which is truly needed. Since that maybe
something you are yet unaware of, we are happy to help in the discovery process. We have an option of
an intake session where we can just meet and discuss where we may assist in your journey of exploration
and healing.

Do you want to understand more about your mind, body, and spirit? Come explore breath, kundalini energy, and integration of spirit into your life. Be prepared to be unprepared! What we have to offer may not be what you think. It will be intimate, in-depth, and intriguing. Usually we will begin with an in-take session to look at your reason for contacting us and separate your needs from your desires. Not saying your desires will be ignored, but depending on the intention behind them, we may approach them differently.

We have many different healers available who all offer a variety of different types of massage/bodywork such
as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Rolfing, Reiki, Thai and more. Many of our staff have experience in several different
modalities and can blend many into one session. If you are looking for something specific not listed here, let

Therputic Massage
Therapeutic massage releases tension and induces deep relaxation using long flowing strokes combined with stretching to integrate your whole body. It is the perfect remedy for stress-induced tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is the application of slow, strong and deep pressure with focus on specific areas of your body. Deep tissue massage improves circulation and diminishes the blockages which lead to pain, illness and injury as a result from intense stress and physical activity.

Hot Stone Massage

Rolfing is a type of massage therapy involving sometimes intensive manipulation of the fascia of the muscles and internal organs to relieve physical and emotional tension, improve posture, increase vitality, etc.

Reiki Therapy
This ancient Japanese healing technique is used to reduce pain in the body caused by physical and emotional stress. Light touch is used renew and rebalance the body's chakras and bring centered energy back to the body. This is a non-invasive, clothed, hands on therapy session.
